1. Payment Policy:

All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking via secure third-party payment gateways.

Prices listed include all applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

Allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

To cancel your order, contact our support team immediately at support@ayomi.co.in  or  customer support Ph.no.  with your order number.

If approved, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

3. Return & Replacement Policy:

As we sell perishable food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

However, replacements or refunds will be provided if:

1. The product is expired at the time of delivery.

2. The product is damaged or spoiled during transit.

3. You have received a wrong or incomplete item.

 

Conditions:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographs or videos as proof.

The product must be in its original packaging and unused, except in cases of spoilage.

After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 

4. Refund Policy:

Refund:
     Initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable:
     Products already shipped or used are not eligible for refund

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account or wallet.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when products are delivered damaged or incorrect.
